Last week saw the arrival of SANDMAN OVERTURE #3 at last (have you read it yet? Amazing, right? ;-) and now the other highly anticipated, delayed issue of summer is here, with the epic finale of KICK ASS 3. There's also a new series for everyone's favourite samurai rabbit USAGI YOJIMBO, classic superhero CAPTAIN VICTORY, and all ages post-apocalyptic adventure (yes, that's right) HOWTOONS: REIGNITION. The Superman Doomed event nears it's conclusion in three titles in this week (ACTION COMICS is the main one, but don't forget the ANNUAL and SUPERMAN WONDER WOMAN too!), and the start of Marvel's new Edge of Spider-Verse crossover begins with the return of SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN in a special extra sized - and hopefully extra explanatory - issue. Also in store: BLACK WIDOW and THE PUNISHER team up, MIRACLEMAN's infamous birth scene, LAZARUS has a special stand alone issue, Warren Ellis concludes his run on MOON KNIGHT, GRAYSON gets a new partner, and in a timing coincidence that shocks no one, the second issues of ROCKET RACOON and STAR-LORD arrive just as they become internationally famous. :)
