Swoon Now! Tanks, Dinosaurs & Weekly Treats!

As ever the new week brings new stock but now with new release day being Wednesday it's not an end of week reward but more of a boost to the beginning of the week - come now only college students like Wednesdays...

New book highlights include Marvels Man-of-the-Month-Who's-Not-Called-Axel Matt Fraction's Casanova volume 1 (Marvel). There's also the new Tank Girl collection confidently titled We Hate Tank Girl (Titan) which includes three specials and a brand new story 'The Return of Sgt. Small.

Then there's the Dinosaurs. For a number of years Richard Delgado has been taking breaks from his day job as a storyboard and development artist (The Incredibles, Wall-E, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Matrix) to tell stories about dinosaurs and now Age of Reptiles Omnibus (Dark Horse) collects this body of work into one volume. It's really worth looking at this title for wordless, sequential art storytelling that can't even fall back on facial expressions to convey emotion.
