Miraculous news for Marvel fans, as MIRACLEMAN makes his triumphant return! First created in the 1980s, Miracleman invigorated the superhero genre with his sophisticated adventures, and though he's made a few appearances over the years this is the first time the series has been relaunched with such aplomb, and is already being hailed as the 'definitive version of Miracleman'.  This special extended issue reprints Miracleman #1 with revitalized colours, extra sketches and bonus material galore, making it the perfect introduction for new and long time fans alike. Marvel hasn't let this exciting debut be their only big release this week - there's also a super sized SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN to celebrate its 25th issue, the start of two Deadpool miniseries, wrapping up events with CATACLYSM, and the premiere of SEEKERS OF THE WEIRD, their first title created by Disney .  DC's no slouch though, with new SUPERMAN WONDERWOMAN, the continuation of new storyarc GOTHTOPIA in BATGIRL, and lots of FOREVER EVIL action to sink your teeth into. Lots of debuts from other publishers as well this week: a unique and modern werewolf tale in CURSED,  

satirical blaxploitation action with BLACK DYNAMITE, former soldier-turned superhero SKYMAN, and  X-FILES CONSPIRACY, a (sadly only two issues!) mini series staring fan favourites The Lone Gunmen. What a week, eh? I can't wait.
